Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.

‍

A deposit equal to one night's accommodation will be charged at the time of booking. Full payment for all accommodation charges is required on or before the day of arrival unless otherwise arranged.

Any overdue accounts may incur recovery and collection costs. Credit card transaction fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 75% refund of monies paid.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
  • Any amendment that results in a shortened stay or a reduction in guest numbers will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the above cancellation terms.
  • No refunds will be provided for early departures.
  • Reservations are not transferable to another person or booking.
  • All cancellation requests, refund requests, and booking amendments must be submitted by email to stay@omaramatop10.co.nz.
  • Bookings made through Booking.com are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. Free cancellation is not available unless specifically stated in the Booking.com reservation terms.

Child Policy

Omarama TOP 10 is a family-friendly holiday park and welcomes children of all ages.

  • Infants: 0–2 years
  • Children: 3–14 years

Pet Policy

We are pleased to welcome well-behaved pets in our camping areas, subject to the following conditions:

  • Guests wishing to bring a pet must contact us before booking, as pets may not be permitted during certain periods.
  • Dogs are permitted for guests staying on camping sites only.
  • Pets are not permitted inside any accommodation unit or communal building at any time.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead and under the control of their owner at all times within the park, including while on their site.
  • Dogs must not be left unattended at any time.
  • Excessive barking, nuisance behaviour, or disturbances to other guests will not be tolerated.
  • Any dog displaying aggressive behaviour may result in the owner being asked to leave the park immediately.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
  • A maximum of two dogs is permitted per site.

Disability Assist Dogs

Certified Disability Assist Dogs are welcome in both accommodation and camping areas. Guests must present valid certification confirming their dog's status upon arrival.

Breach of Terms

Failure to comply with any of the above pet rules or park policies may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the park without refund.
  • A penalty charge of up to $100 being added to your account.
  • A requirement to provide credit card details as security at check-in.

For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, restrictions may apply to the number of pets permitted in the park during peak periods, public holidays, and special events.
